one vehicle car cruze bearing reg no JK02BE/ 9700 driven by one Babar Azam son of Mohd Azam resident of Chohalla tehail RS Pura district Jammu on the way from Simbal towards Chohalla at about 0630 hrs when reached near Tanda did not control over the speed and the vehicle run off the road and fell into a water canal due to which the said Babar Azam died on spot. Police Party on spot, dead body shifted to Mortuary room SDH RS Pura, investigation into the matter is going on. On this the aforementioned case FIR stands registered in this regard.
